Details & Itinerary
We start off with Masai Mara National Reserve home to almost 80 percent of wildlife found in Africa. Set out on unlimited game drives in search of the Big Five; Lion elephants, buffaloes, Leopard and the elusive Black Rhino. When its wildebeest Migration season (July to October) the reserve hosts the worlds most epic natural phenomenon; Wildebeest Migration. Proceed to the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park better known as a Rhino Sanctuary and home to flamingos, pelicans and other water birds. Lake Nakuru also hosts other wildlife including Leopard, Cheetah though hard to spot, lions, zebras, endangered Rothchild Giraffes and for scenery lovers the Lake views from the observation hill will thrill you as well as the beautiful Makaria waterfall situated South West of the Park. Rare Colombus Mountain Monkeys can be spotted near this area too.
Day by Day Itinerary
DAY 1: NAIROBI -MASAI MARA
Transfer by road to Masai Mara.
Afternoon game drives follows after lunch and return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2 & 3 MASAI MARA
Spend these two days exploring the Masai Mara. You can choose to have have morning and late afternoon game drives and spend the rest of the day enjoying your stay at the luxurious safari lodge. The choice is all yours. Make arrangements with the guide on ground.

Accomodation: Entim Mara Camp or similar.
DAY 4: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
We begin our day with Baloon Safari Experience.
The whole adventure begins on the final day just before 6 AM in the morning. You will soer high above the Mara Landscape, higher enough to witness the scenic rivers, hills adnd valleys and her wildlife all from an entirely different perspective. The experience shall last for 2 Hrs and upon alighting enjoy a champagne bush breakfast, freshly cooked in the middle of the Mara plains before returning to the lodge for refreshment and later driving to our next destination; Lake Nakuru National Park.
We arrive at noon and after lunch relax at our rooms facing Lake Nakuru. We leave at 4.00 PM for an afternoon game drive returning at 6.00 AM for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
Wake up for our final game drive in Nakuru National Park, return for breakfast, checkout thereafter and drive back to Nairobi. You will be dropped at the Airport or Nairobi Hotel

When is the best time to book this safari?
Masai Mara National Reserve offers wonderful game viewing opportunities all year. For those interested in wildebeest Migration the best time would be between the months of July and October. Another factor to consinder is High and Low seasons. Safari tends to be more affordable during low season ( April – June & November – Dec ) excluding Easter and Christmass Seasons. They are relatively hgh during high season which is between January and March and highest during Peak Season (July to October). The seasons can vary from hotel to hotel.

About Wildebeest Migration
Wildebeest Migration is an annual event that revolves around Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya and Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It involves millions of grazers mostly wildebeests and zebras moving from one park to the other in search of greener pastures. In Kenya the season begins in July and ends in October. Due to change in climate the season can begin earlier or late as it is informed by seasons which have become unpredictable in the recent years changing the cycle slightly.
